Glenmore Athletic Park

Located in South West Calgary, Glenmore Athletic Park is a short drive from downtown or the University of Calgary. At an elevation of well over 3000 feet, the City of Calgary is at altitude creating the opportunity for sprinters, jumpers and throwers to put down some fantastic results. While Calgary weather is known to be fickle at times, average highs for June are in the mid twenties and promise for good running conditions even when it rains.

Featuring a newly resurfaced track and revamped throwing circles and jumping pits, Glenmore Track is ready to accommodate the needs of a high performance competition. Close proximity to River Park, the Glenmore Reservoir pathway, soccer fields and green space ensures no hassle finding a place to warm-up for any athlete.
